Haimoura Fund is a French private holding and investment company (société par actions simplifiée) incorporated in June 2025 and registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 988 442 612. The company is based in Sceaux (Hauts-de-Seine), France.
It was founded and is led by Mohammed Haimoura, an entrepreneur active in the IT industry since 2007 and founder of ReWork, a French IT services group established in 2016. Haimoura Fund is his personal holding and investment vehicle, and builds directly on this operational track record and sector expertise.
What we do
Equity participations. Haimoura Fund acquires and holds equity stakes in other companies, with a focus on technology and IT services businesses in France and the European Union. Beyond capital, the company brings its founder's hands-on operational experience to the companies it invests in.
Proprietary investment portfolio. The company manages a long-term portfolio of listed ordinary shares, mainly on European and US markets, following a disciplined buy-and-hold approach focused on quality businesses. All investments are made exclusively with the company's own capital.
IT consulting services. Haimoura Fund provides senior IT consulting and advisory services to companies in France and the EU: software architecture and web development (PHP / Laravel), cloud and infrastructure (Docker, Linux, AWS), and AI / LLM tooling and integration. Engagements are tailored to each client, on a time-spent or fixed-fee basis.
